Honestly, not sure. I don't see it in my settings on my Galaxy watch 4. Just check the software update on wear app it will tell you the things that are available in new os. As for the blood pressure feature, it's not available in the US yet, though there is a way to do it by downloading and installing an altered OS.
The Galaxy watch 4 is water resistant up to 5 atmospheres (atm) aka 50 meters of water, and every individual watch sold was tested for this. They simulate 50meter depth by putting the watch into 1 meter or so of water and pressurize the tank it's in to 5atm. It's rated to 50 meter depth.
Install windows subsystem for android on your PC, then turn on advanced networking in the subsystem settings. Install the galaxy wearable app in the subsystem via ADB. Install the galaxy watch 4 plug-in in the subsystem via ADB. Open the Galaxy wearable app and connect your GW4. DutchOfBurdock. Before joining Samsung Galaxy Watches, I was using Garmin and Ticwatch. I have to admit that for the sensors and GPS, Samsung GW is better than Ticwatch but nowhere to be compared to Garmin.
I have a watch 4 classic and it can have the same "greyed blacks" when viewed from an angle. angle is the same, the OP literally said the 6 is more washed out. Yeah Samsung toned down the displays, even the S23 is less saturated vs the s22. It's odd being so used to the punchy colors but it looks good nonetheless.

As far as I can tell, it's wearOS features with a Galaxy coat of paint.. I actually prefer tizen to wearOS. Despite my GW being old I still get two full days (48hrs) with everything turned on.
