Most USB signal "fixers" like AQ Jitterbug and iFi iPurifier are power filters and in some cases USB reclockers (different topic). On the other hand USB-C to USB 2.0 adapters can just be wired straight without any kind of electronics so for most audio applications a simple USB 2.0 adapter may actually be the better choice.
Hi there! I bought an EPOMAKER K870T mechanical keyboard about a year ago, and the cable it came with recently wore out. The cable it's self is quite thin, but more importantly it has a minimal amount of plastic shielding between the connector and the cord propper, allowing it to fit into the obnoxiously small, deeply recessed female USB C port on the keyboard. fZAs.
