Beautiful and atmospheric. I replayed the game last year and it still holds up well, even if the fidelity isn't up to modern standards. The art direction sells it. By contrast, Far Cry 3's world is bland, same-y, and lacks any direction or style. Far Cry 2's world feels like a place, Far Cry 3's feels like a playground.
