Almost all Isofix seats are installed with Isofix only, not seat belt. One exception is the Duologic by Akta/Graco is approved 0-8 kg (0-40 lbs) and can be installed with Isofix or seat belt. Isofix work well in US cars with LATCH with one possible exception. In cars with rear seats at a steeper angle the seats might end up a bit too upright.
